This market concerns a framework agreement with a single company for the repair and renewal of electrical installations in the housing of the Central Office of Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense in Leopoldsburg. There is a contract for a duration of one year with the possibility of annual tacit renewal under the same conditions at most 3 times (see point 2.5 of the specifications). Note! The contract does not relate only to whole houses, but mainly to minor repairs, which do not give the right to centralize orders for a greater quantity. The maximum possible market value is 260,000 euros. The market is automatically terminated either when this amount is reached or when the last possible extension ends, according to what happens first.
