- This assignment for services concerns the cleaning of the Igemo office building, located at Schoutetstraat 2 in 2800 Mechelen. The office building consists of a ground floor and two floors: - ground floor: 110 m² (excluding garage) consisting of the reception, a meeting room, cloakroom and sanitary (toilets and shower); - first floor: 410 m² consisting of office space, two meeting rooms, a refectory, kitchen, corridor and sanitary; - Second floor: 370 m² consisting of office space, a meeting room, two meeting boxes and sanitary facilities. The time spent for the cleaning tasks to be performed within plot 1 is estimated by the contracting authority at 3 hours/day.
