- The bar-brewery will be one of the features of union between industrial and mineral life on the platform quay, the recreational and vegetable that of the other bank's arrangements, and multicultural life in Kanal. It is built according to two axes: the archetypes of living together and the craft of the body. Archetypes The project is built from the reinterpretation of two archetypal figures of the urban gathering. First, the Agora, by the creation of an outdoor terrace in the shape of a stands, a sort of interface between the museum and the city. The modular development of these stands aims for the flexibility of the occupations (bar or show stands). The second figure reinterpreted by the project is that of the covered square, which is embodied in a metallic pergola placed inside the bar-brewery. This element is a spatial and technical device which creates a subspace in the center of the room, appropriate by a variety of occupations and uses (market, varnishing, DJ set ...).
