- This contract is for the purchase of Authoring licenses for a commercially available, web-based tool that enables Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop e-learnings. This tool allows SMEs to develop larger modules themselves that are technically uformless (multidevice, tracking possible, etc.), visually adapted (full response and many models available), which support learner participation (clear structure, interaction, quizzes, etc.) and which thus improve the effectiveness of our training courses (digital).
