The purpose of the market is to designate an entrepreneur who will be responsible for carrying out energy renovation work (insulation of facades with replacement of external joinery, insulation of roofs with implementation of a new waterproofing, installation of ventilation systems , replacement of concrete balconies with new metal frames, etc.) and compliance with the health and safety standards of 130 dwellings. For 123 dwellings (7 dwellings having already benefited), the entrepreneur will be responsible for the renewal of existing heating installations with placement of new CLV type evacuation conduits and placement of new individual boilers. These accommodation will be occupied. For 105 dwellings (25 dwellings having already benefited), the entrepreneur will be responsible for carrying out electrical compliance work. These accommodation will be occupied.
