- This work market concerns the renovation of the building located rue de Lusambo 55 to 1190 Forest. The building which belongs to the Brussels-Capital Region is made up of a single level comprising 2,000 m² of workshop and 293 m² of offices. The structure is of the steel-column beam type and the foundations are made of reinforced concrete. The work is followed by a multidisciplinary team made up of an architect, a stability engineer and an engineer in special approved techniques advised PEB for the Brussels-Capital Region. This team is overseen by the architect. The work targeted by this market concerns the strengthening of the structure of the building, the renovation of the building envelope (insulation and waterproofing of roofs and facades), a fundamental renovation of HVAC installations, the installation of photovoltaic panels, a partial renovation Electrical and sanitary facilities and external layout (rainwater tanks, PMR ramp and security of parking lots) as well as all adaptations linked to these renovations.
