- The #Randbouwt2027 project consists of the construction of a new zonal office for the aid zone fire brigade zone edge. The building contains the administrative center (office and meeting room) with dispatch room within the administrative section, a logistics warehouse and a (partly) underground parking for (persons) cars and bicycles as well as the environmental installation. The project is being carried out in the construction team formula: after the preliminary design was drawn up by the design team (architect with the engineering firms involved), the contractor will be actively involved in the further formatting until the final design through a construction team agreement. The estimated building cost for this project is 7.2 million euros excluding VAT and fees. This competition concerns the assignment for Coordinator Design and Acquisition on Safety and Health, as provided for in the Royal Decree of 25 January 2001 on the temporary or mobile construction sites and the subsequent changes.
