- This market relates to legal support services. The mission consists in providing information and advice of a legal nature to the administration in the context of existing regulations, including within the framework of the revision of the law standards of products, and specific regulatory initiatives such as such as that royal decrees, ministerial decrees and laws emanating from European obligations and the projects of environmental experts (product and chemical products) in order to contribute to the development and preparation of policies. The contracting authority chooses the direct negotiated procedure with prior publication. The market has no prizes. It is a price for price slip (unit price lump sum per hour) (A.R. April 18, 2017, art. 2, 4 °). Variants are not allowed. Options are not allowed.
