- The purpose of this project is the work registered in the program "Coeur de Village 2022-2026". As indicated, these works are mainly funded via the "heart of the village" subsidiation program. Some of them are however funded within the framework of the "PCDR" subsidiation program; These are mainly work related to the installation of buried electrical networks (including trenches, ducts, etc.) at zone 3 "landscape area" (lot 1) described below. The work is concentrated at the Place Leblanc in Comblain-au-Pont and its surroundings:-Zone 1: Development of PMR access to the House of Associations located at the intersection of the square with the Géromont route; -Zone 2: Development of pedestrian access and "valid" at Place Leblanc at Park Saint-Martin via the hillsides located at the back of the municipal house; - Zone 3: Development of a landscape meeting area in the immediate vicinity of the intersection of the square with the regional roads (behind the future medical house); These work areas are part of network IIIA.
