- The objective of this market is to find an agency specializing in the field of events and in communication to take care of the organization of a B2B event. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of 'Innoviris in 2024, we wish to establish a new tradition: the organization of an annual B2B conference. This call for offers covers the first edition. We invite communication agencies and skilled event agencies to submit an offer for the organization of a high -level B2B conference focused on innovation and research in the Brussels Capital Region. The objective of the conference is the sharing of knowledge, inspiration, connection and networking of the RDI ecosystem. This conference aims to welcome 300 participants, including entrepreneurs, researchers and political decision -makers.
