- The board wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for this assignment. The framework agreement has the supply and placement of visitor chairs on call for the design of meeting rooms, conversation rooms, reception rooms, ... The standard range consists of fabrics covered (visitors) chairs, wooden (visitor) seats, and plastic (visitors) seats . The non-standard range includes the delivery and placement of the catalog articles. Deliveries and placement are based on partial orders (also per piece) and must be done at various locations in Flanders and the Brussels -Capital Region. It aims to establish a framework that will serve as the basis for the award of future individual orders. The framework agreement does not arise a exclusive right to the contractor. The estimated numbers are not binding. The board has the right to negotiate better conditions for orders of large quantities.
