- The FW-B wishes to constitute a reserve of service providers, from which the beneficiaries concerned will be able to draw depending on the nature and temporality of their needs. The purpose of these specifications is therefore to establish a framework agreement which concerns both: -several successful tenderers: several service providers will be parties to the framework agreement, and contracts awarded during the duration of the framework agreement will be awarded by means of a re-competition system or a cascade system (in depending on the batches concerned); - two contracting authoritiesators: subsequent contracts will be awarded in the name of FW-B and WB E (Wallonie Bruxelles-Enseignement). This framework agreement is the first to be established in this context. It covers a series of projects deemed to be priorities. This series of projects forms a first cluster of projects. FromMany similar framework agreements could be launched as a result. The framework agreement is divided into 6 lots: - LOT AMO I: Project management assistance Project definition - LOT AS: Health audit - LOT AE: Energy audit - LOT AR: Re-use audit - LOT AMO II: Assistance to project managemente Award of service contracts - LOT AMO III: Project management assistance Execution of service contracts
The maximum value of the framework agreement is €8,600,000 excluding VAT:
